MIS Analyst / Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain operational and business reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Develop and manage dashboards using Advanced Excel features such as Pivot Tables, Slicers, Charts, and Macros.
- Create and maintain interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Pivot Tables, Slicers, Dashboards, Data Validation, Lookups and Formulae.
- Hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development and report creation.
- Positive understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts.
- Experience in conducting quality checks and ensuring data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate
- Experience in MIS, Reporting, or Analytics functions will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
