Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented
Architect
to join our growing design team. This is an opportunity to work on luxury residential developments from concept to completion, collaborating with experienced professionals while contributing cutting-edge design solutions and maintaining the highest standards of architectural excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from concept design through execution and project completion.
- Develop conceptual designs, detailed drawings, presentation material, mood boards, and high-quality architectural documentation.




- Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project phases.
- Coordinate with clients during design development and construction to ensure project expectations are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for seamless project integration.
- Ensure projects are delivered within established budgets, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 3 to 6 years
of professional architectural experience, preferably in luxury residential or hospitality projects.
- Strong proficiency in
AutoCAD (mandatory)

- Working knowledge of
SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk Products and Microsoft Office
