At Growfin, we're seeking a seasoned Lead Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge solutions that streamline financial operations and empower our customers. In this role, you will be at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, and product execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring impactful products to market. Your focus will be on customer discovery, workflow automation, and ensuring our product delivers efficiency and value to our users.

Responsibilities
- Establish and drive a strong product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer pain points.
- Engage directly with customers, conduct user research, and analyse market trends to deeply understand customer needs and refine product offerings.
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimise complex business processes, ensuring our solutions improve efficiency and scalability for customers.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch and ongoing iterations,



focusing on delivering high-impact solutions.
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product execution and adoption.
- Leverage data, user feedback, and A/B testing to make informed product decisions, improve user experience, and drive product success.
- Define clear goals and success metrics, prioritise features, and manage the product backlog to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers or associates, fostering growth within the product team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
- 7 years of product management experience, with a strong track record of working on customer discovery and workflow automation in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
