About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
AI/ML Engineer
to join our team and contribute to one of the industry's most ambitious
Generative AI
initiatives. This is a high-impact role where you will design and build production-ready AI solutions using
Large Language Models (LLMs)

Natural Language Processing (NLP)

semantic search
, and
MLOps
technologies.

You will collaborate with AI researchers, software engineers, and data scientists to develop intelligent, scalable, and reliable AI systems that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build applications using Generative AI models, transformer architectures, NLP frameworks, and embedding techniques.
- Integrate external AI APIs and fine-tune foundation models for improved performance and domain-specific use cases.




- Develop and optimize vector databases for semantic search, retrieval, and similarity matching.
- Implement MLOps best practices for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Build scalable AI pipelines and ensure high availability and performance of AI services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and drive technical decisions for AI initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and deep learning.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–9 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML application development.
- Robust expertise in

- Solid understanding of transformer architectures, NLP frameworks, and embedding models.
