Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic reforecasting for Indian clients.
- Prepare variance analysis (Budget vs Actual, Forecast vs Actual) and highlight key drivers.
- Assist in monthly MIS preparation, including P&L; analysis and key performance metrics.
- Track business performance and provide actionable insights to improve cost control and profitability.

Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for client reviews.
- Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and working capital trends.
- Assist in building basic financial models for business planning and scenario analysis.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with client finance teams to gather data and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of FP&A; outputs.
- Support senior team members in client discussions and review meetings.





Process Improvement
- Help streamline FP&A; processes, templates, and reporting structures.
- Support automation and better use of Excelbased tools and dashboards.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in FP&A;, MIS, business finance, or financial analysis roles.
- Solid understanding of P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, basic modeling).
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint for management presentations.
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with Indian clients and meet reporting deadlines.
