Project MIS Executive - Social Sector (NGO)

About the Role

The MIS Executive will support the Project Management Team by managing project data, MIS reports, and documentation. The role involves collecting, validating, and analyzing data from field teams to ensure accurate reporting, timely submissions, and effective project tracking.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect daily, weekly, and monthly data from field teams and project centres
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to project progress, targets, and outcomes
- Validate data received from field teams for accuracy and completeness
- Track key project indicators and flag gaps or delays to the reporting manager
- Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and databases as required
- Support documentation including attendance records, beneficiary data, and activity reports
- Coordinate with field associates and project staff to resolve data discrepancies
- Assist in preparation of internal reviews, presentations, and reports
- Ensure proper data filing, version control,



and record maintenance
- Follow internal data management and reporting processes

Qualification and Experience
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, data management, or project reporting in the social sector
- Experience in handling field-level data and working with multiple teams

Required Skills
- Robust working knowledge of MS Excel (reports, formulas, data validation)
- Basic understanding of MIS and project reporting systems
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to follow reporting timelines
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Willingness to learn project processes and field realities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
