Responsibilities

1. Driving the overall sales strategy and sales architecture to achieve business growth objectives.
2. Building and scaling a high-performing sales organization while leading a 100+ member sales team.
3. Developing and implementing scalable sales processes from demand generation to contract execution.

Managing the sales P&L; while optimizing budgets and operational efficiency.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and execution.
6. Designing and executing sales strategies to exceed revenue, growth, and customer retention targets.
7. Tracking key business metrics including acquisition, conversion, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
8. Hiring, mentoring, and developing future sales leaders through structured coaching and performance management.
9. Creating a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and execution excellence.

Requirements

1. Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA from a reputed institution (Tier-1 MBA preferred).
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales Leadership roles.
