Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Recent Delhi. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities for Bulk SMS, SMS marketing, promotional and transactional SMS, and Bulk SMS API services. Daily activities include prospecting and cold calling, conducting product presentations and demos, preparing proposals, and negotiating pricing and terms with potential clients. The role involves managing a sales pipeline, following up with leads,



and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to encourage renewals and upselling. The Sales Executive will collaborate with marketing and technical teams to understand service capabilities, gather customer feedback, and help improve offerings while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or telecom services, preferably Bulk SMS, SMS marketing, and related APIs.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in client-facing interactions.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships and deliver high-quality service.
- Comfort working with basic CRM tools, sales reporting, and data tracking for performance monitoring.
