About the Role
This role sits in the Institutional Division Conduct and Compliance Centre of Expertise (COE) and is focused on embedding best practice in Conduct and Regulatory risk management across ANZ India including India GIFT (not Group Capability Centre).
This role drives the first line of defence and engages with the Institutional frontline, Enterprise Risk Theme experts and NFR teams managing value chain and country risk profiles. It assures effective Conduct and Regulatory risk management with a lens of the end-to-end customer journey, risk and control environment.
This role leads top-down risk identification, assessments, regulatory or policy change implementation, escalates gaps where controls or frameworks are not effective,
and partners with business teams to sustainably design and embed Conduct and Compliance risk management and controls.

Interpret and
Support and deliver impact assessments and implementation activities for regulatory, policy or risk standard changes
Co-ordinate Regulatory Change execution in India and India GIFT. Own local change governance and support Institutional oversight.
Inform inherent and residual assessments for Conduct and Regulatory risks across Institutional value chains and countries.
Follow established methodologies to create thematic reviews of Conduct and Regulatory risk exposure, identifying control gaps, weak
