Kaharani Industrial Area, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Salary:
₹55,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Negotiable)

Experience Required:
Minimum 5 Years in Furniture Manufacturing Industry
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete production and factory operations
• Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve targets
• Manage manpower, workflow, and productivity
• Ensure quality standards and process compliance
• Monitor inventory, raw materials, and stock levels
• Coordinate with Purchase, Store, Dispatch, and Sales teams
• Optimize machine utilization and minimize downtime
• Ensure timely completion and dispatch of customer orders
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile:
✅ Solid experience in furniture manufacturing operations
✅ Proven leadership and team management skills
✅ Expertise in production planning, quality control, and inventory management
✅ Ability to independently handle complete factory operations
✅ Candidates from Modular Furniture, Office Furniture, Wooden Furniture, Steel Furniture, or Interior Manufacturing industries preferred

Qualification:
Graduate (B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering preferred)
