Job Summary

We are seeking a talented
Real-Time Animator (Unity-Compatible)
to create immersive, interactive, and responsive animations for real-time applications, simulations, and training environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Unity's animation system, motion logic, animation state machines, rigging, and physics-based animation. You will work closely with Unity developers, technical artists, designers, and simulation engineers to develop realistic character behaviors, dynamic animation systems, and engaging training scenarios that respond seamlessly to user interactions and real-time events.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality real-time animations for Unity-based applications.
- Create agile animation systems that respond intelligently to user inputs, environmental events, and simulation logic.
- Develop and maintain complex animation state machines using Unity Animator (Mecanim).
- Build smooth animation blending,



transitions, and contextual behaviors.
- Create character locomotion systems, interaction animations, and procedural motion workflows.
- Integrate motion capture (MoCap) data into Unity projects and optimize animation performance.
- Develop physics-driven and procedural animation systems for realistic interactions.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate animation logic with gameplay mechanics, simulations, and backend systems.
- Optimize animation assets for real-time rendering and cross-platform deployment.
- Create animation rigs, IK/FK systems, constraints, and skeletal animation workflows.
- Support interactive storytelling, operational scenario testing, and training simulation content.
- Troubleshoot animation, rigging, and synchronization issues.
