Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Guwahati. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging private schools, presenting Uolo’s solutions, and building long-term relationships with school leadership teams. Day-to-day activities include prospecting new schools,



conducting meetings and product demos, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful onboarding and activation of partner schools. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with internal teams to support implementation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management, ideally within education, technology, or service industries.
- Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage school leadership and clearly articulate value propositions.
- Competence in planning, organizing, and managing a sales pipeline, including use of CRM or similar tools for tracking leads and performance.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze local education trends, and identify new growth opportunities in the Guwahati
