Reporting to: ExectiveDirector
Qualification: -
Essential: B.Tech/B.E in Metallurgy/Mechanical /Electrical Engineering from reputed institute.
Desirable: Post Graduate Diploma / Certificate in General Management
Experience:
Essential: Around 14+ years of experience in Plant Operation function preferably in the Metal/ Heavy engineering or Allied industries with minimum 500 and above workforce. Out of them candidate must have exposure of Locations Head at 3 + Yr in large / Mid-Size organization.
Desirable: Working experience in Global Best -in-class manufacturing practices.
