Key Responsibilities:

We’re building an intelligent and customer centric notification framework to talk to our customer at a personal level. This notification framework is focused on curating a series of contextual and effective nudges and triggers. Your role will be to take the theory and design of these notifications and bring them to life through HTML and campaign delivery activities.

Your role as a
Campaign Developer
will be to build the notifications and to optimize the communications to continually drive uplifts of our user experience.
- Build and test of HTML components for Email & Rich Push Notifications
- Maintenance of the HTML component library and testing across devices and clients
- Design HTML components that meet accessibility guidelines
- Optimisation of communications through Test and Learns and Personalisation recommendations
- Build documentation capability across the marketing technology and notifications stream of work
- Work and build a centre of excellence for email and digital content delivery




- Managing and refining end to end process of content delivery
- Selection of customers through basic SQL and data analysis
- Working in a close knit team to enable self-serve digital experience for ANZ Plus

What will be in your toolkit?

We work predominantly agile with a mix of complex orchestration across value streams and channels, you’ll need to be comfortable in our fast paced, test and learn culture.
- Solid Technical expertise (including HTML/CSS for Email Development)
- Proven stakeholder experience specifically working with Marketing teams.
- Background in
Marketing Technology and Marketing Automation stacks such as Adobe Campaign, PEGA or ORACLE Responsys.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure the highest quality is achieved for our customer notifications.
- Understanding of notifications, marketing technologies and have a deep connection to customer experience.
