Role Description
The Study Abroad Counsellor role is a full-time, in office position based in Udaipur. The counsellor will guide students and families through the entire study abroad journey, from initial inquiry to final admission and departure. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting handling team of Counsellors,



taking counseling sessions, assessing academic profiles and career goals, recommending suitable countries, courses, and universities, and explaining application processes, visa requirements, and scholarship options.

The counsellor will support students in preparing application documents, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing, and maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status.

The role also involves organizing and participating in information sessions, following up with leads, and providing ongoing support to help students make informed decisions about their education abroad.
