Key Responsibilities

✅Make outbound calls per day to prospective customers.

✅Generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling and follow-ups.

✅Promote company products and services, understand customer requirements, and convert inquiries into business opportunities.

✅Schedule meetings and coordinate with the field sales team when required.





✅Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.

✅Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending opportunities. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

✔Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✔Solid telesales and lead generation experience.

✔Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and email communication.

✔Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
