About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead a high-performing retail region, drive business growth, and oversee end-to-end multi-store operations. This leadership role requires someone with robust commercial acumen, people management skills, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional business results across premium retail formats.
Key Responsibilities:
? Drive sales, revenue, productivity, and profitability across 15–20+ stores within the assigned region.
? Lead, coach, and mentor Cluster Managers, Store Managers, and retail teams to consistently achieve business targets.
? Monitor key business KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, ASP, productivity, shrinkage,
and customer satisfaction while implementing action plans to improve performance.
? Build a high-performance culture through talent development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
? Ensure exceptional customer experience by maintaining premium retail service standards, visual merchandising, and operational excellence across all stores.
? Drive strategic business initiatives, store expansion, process improvements, and operational efficiencies to maximize regional performance.
Requirements:
✅ 10+ years of experience in Retail Operations with strong multi-store management exposure.
✅ Proven experience managing 15–20+ stores in Premium Retail, Luxury Retail, Fashion, Watches, Jewellery, or Lifestyle brands.
✅ Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, profitability, productivity, and business expansion.
