We are looking for qualified and experienced Construction Manager for our landmark 1 MTPA Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) / Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) Bio-Refinery Project at Salaya, Gujarat. The project comprises: ISBL Facilities: Pretreatment Unit (PTU), Hydrotreater Unit (HTU), and Hydrogen Generation Unit (HGU) and OSBL Facilities: Utilities, Offsites, and Storage Infrastructure

Job / Role :





The Construction Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and control of construction activities for SAF / HVO Bio-Refinery Project. The role requires extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary construction works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all site construction activities from mobilization through mechanical completion and project handover
- Plan, organize, and supervise multidisciplinary construction activities, including civil, structural, mechanical, piping, equipment erection, electrical, and instrumentation works.
- Develop and implement construction execution strategies, work schedules, resource plans, and productivity improvement initiatives.
