We are looking for a dynamic Merchandiser with 14 years of experience in the FMCG industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in distributor handling, product merchandising, in-store visibility activities, and brand promotion across the Cochin market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability and stock visibility.
- Execute merchandising activities to enhance product placement and shelf visibility.
- Implement branding and promotional initiatives at retail outlets.
- Ensure proper display, arrangement, and maintenance of products as per company standards.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor visibility,
competitor activities, and retail execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners.
Requirements:
- 14 years of merchandising experience in the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in distributor management and retail merchandising.
- Strong knowledge of branding, product display, and visibility enhancement activities.
- Positive understanding of the Cochin/Kochi market.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
