Role Description
The Assistant Manager – Quality is a full-time, on-site role based at VPS Lakeshore Hospital in Kochi. This position supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality management systems and clinical governance processes across departments.



Daily responsibilities include coordinating internal audits, tracking quality indicators, assisting with accreditation and regulatory compliance activities, and preparing reports on clinical outcomes and patient safety initiatives. The role involves collaborating with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to identify areas for improvement, facilitating corrective and preventive actions, and promoting adherence to hospital policies and standard operating procedures. The Assistant Manager – Quality also participates in staff training on quality standards, supports incident analysis, and contributes to continuous improvement projects that enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
