Role & responsibilities

The Head - Marketing will be responsible for building and driving a full-stack, global marketing function for Bioradmedisys. This role goes beyond campaigns. It is about:
- Building a marketing-led growth engine
- Driving demand generation across businesses
- Creating a strong global brand and digital presence
- Ensuring direct linkage between marketing and P&L; outcomes

This role will lead:
- Head - Field Marketing
- Vertical Marketing Leaders (Ortho, Uro, Gastro, Neuro, Cardio, Bariatric, IVD, etc.)
- Head - Digital Marketing
- Head - Corporate Communication (PR)

Responsibilities:

1. Build the Marketing Growth Engine (Group Level)
- Design and execute a group-wide marketing strategy aligned to business growth
- Build a marketing flywheel integrating brand, content, digital, PR, and field marketing
- Ensure marketing becomes a core driver of revenue, pipeline, and market leadership
- Build dashboards, operating rhythms, and governance mechanisms

2. Lead Demand Generation (Primary Mandate)
- Own end-to-end demand generation across all verticals




- Drive structured programs for:

-Surgeons, hospitals, and institutions

-Channel partners and ecosystem stakeholders
- Ensure conversion from awareness to engagement to qualified leads to revenue
- Build solid discipline on pipeline creation, lead quality, and cost efficiency

3. Drive Vertical Marketing Excellence
- Lead Vertical Marketing Leaders across Ortho, Uro, Gastro, Neuro, Cardio, Bariatric, IVD, etc
- Ensure:

-Robust field marketing execution aligned with sales

-Direct linkage of marketing to P&L; outcomes

-Structured KOL engagement and clinical programs

-Robust competitive intelligence and market insights
- Build tight integration between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Clinical teams

4. Build Digital Brand & Performance Engine
- Own the entire digital presence of the group globally
- Build a content-first, video-led digital ecosystem across platforms
- Drive SEO, SEM, social media
