We are looking for a responsible and proactive Purchase Incharge to manage our procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor sourcing, price negotiation, purchase order processing, supplier follow-up, and ensuring timely availability of materials to support production and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities.
- Identify and develop new vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Projects, and Accounts departments.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan material purchases.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and procurement documentation.




- Ensure purchased materials meet the required quality and specifications.
- Resolve supplier-related issues and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., or equivalent).
- 2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally is preferred.
- Solid negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial procurement is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
