- Handling all procurement of all categories if products and qualified services required for large commercial facilities/campuses
- Leads sourcing contract negotiations and contract administration in multiple categories
- New Supplier evaluation, existing supplier performance monitoring
- Knowledge of vendor base for various products and services
- Knowledge and experience in working on P2P software platforms. Experience in working on Ariba will be an added advantage.
- Spend management, cost management and optimization, business case creation and evaluation, budget planning and management.
- Establish best practices in supplier/vendor management such as vendor repositories, vendor contact
- Implement strategic procurement planning




- Developing Procurement strategies for various commodities and category of products and services
- Understanding business priorities, aligning with the Management, and collaborating with Suppliers and other stakeholders to align with centrally led sourcing projects
- Collaborating with the Legal department to develop and negotiate contract agreements with suppliers
