Role Overview

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to own first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile warehouse and logistics operations for our rooftop solar business in the city. The role ensures the right material reaches the right site at the right time—managing inbound receipt, storage, inventory accuracy, kitting, and dispatch—so installations are never delayed by material shortfalls and stock is controlled,



traceable, and protected.

Key Responsibilities

Manage first-mile (inbound from suppliers/factory), mid-mile (warehouse storage and handling), and last-mile (site dispatch and delivery) operations

Own inbound receipt, quality check, and GRN of panels, inverters, MMS, cables, and BOS material

Maintain accurate inventory, stock levels, and storage organisation, and conduct regular cycle counts and audits

Plan and execute kitting/BOM-wise material picking and dispatch aligned to the installation schedule

Coordinate last-mile logistics and delivery to sites to meet installation TATs

Maintain segregation and traceability of stock, including DCR and non-DCR lots

Manage material returns, damages, shortages, and reconciliation with records

Coordinate with procurement/purchase, installation, and Central Ops teams on demand and replenishment
