We are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused individual to drive growth in the HoReCa segment. The role will be responsible for expanding market reach, strengthening distributor-led sales, and building strong relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and key institutional buyers.

This is a frontline, market-facing role that requires a deep understanding of food service dynamics, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive both primary and secondary sales while ensuring visibility and adoption of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

1. Sales Execution & Business Development
- Achieve territory/area -level sales, volume, and revenue targets.
- Drive secondary sales through distributor networks by ensuring product availability and visibility.
- Identify and acquire recent HoReCa customers.
- Increase product penetration and usage across existing accounts.
- Execute sales plans aligned with regional objectives.

2. Distributor & Channel Management




- Work closely with assigned distributors to drive sales growth and coverage.
- Ensure optimal stock levels, order planning, and timely replenishment.
- Support distributors in expanding their reach within the assigned territory.
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure adherence to pricing and credit norms.

3. Key Account Management (Territory Level)
- Build and maintain relationships with chefs, kitchen staff, procurement teams, and business owners.
- Drive product trials, menu integration, and repeat usage.
- Support onboarding and servicing of local key accounts and chains.

4. Market Execution & Visibility
- Ensure effective in-market execution.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product movement and gather insights.
- Execute promotions, sampling activities, and chef engagement initiatives.

5. Market Intelligence & Feedback
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and product trends in the Ho
