- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular meetings and status updates.
Job Requirements:
- 8-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and its principles.
- Proven track record in managing projects using Agile frameworks like Scrum.
