Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact retail shop owners in the US/UK to explain and subscribe them to our free industry-specific magazines.
- Build rapport with store decision-makers and maintain accurate records of conversations.
- Assist in third-party campaigns focused on placing F&B; products in retail stores, including collecting interest and availability.
- Maintain CRM records and update feedback or objections.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align messaging and campaign targets.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (final-year students and recent graduates are welcome to apply).

Fresh graduates or candidates looking for an internship are encouraged to apply.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Robust coordination and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a collaborative environment.
