Associate Tech Architect

Location: Bangalore, IN

Sapiens is on the lookout for a Associate Tech Architect to become a key player in our Bangalore team. If you're a Framework Architect and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.

What you ll do:
- Lead and contribute to technical research, proof-of-concepts, and architectural spikes that evaluate recent technologies and approaches.
- Design and evolve framework architectures, setting technical direction and contributing hands-on to framework development.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing guidance on architecture decisions, coding standards, and technical best practices.
- Apply deep knowledge of the full software development lifecycle to drive quality, predictability, and delivery confidence across implementation and BAU phases.
- Evaluate and design AI/ML integration patterns for the product workflows including document intelligence, process automation, and anomaly detection in reinsurance data




- Provide technical and security architecture guidance to development teams during implementation and delivery
- Lead and contribute to RFP responses and presales technical engagements covering architecture, integration and security sections.
- Design end-to-end integration solutions across REST API, file-based, event-based architecture.
- Actively leverage AI tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) in your day-to-day architecture and delivery work from design documentation and code review to root cause analysis and RFP drafting.

- Overall, 7 12 years experience, and minimum 3-4 years in System/Solution Architect roles
- Must Have experience in HDL/LDL Design, REST API design.
- Strong understanding and experience in Java, Spring Batch, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Boot and Microservices
