At Fynro, we are looking for a Financial Advisory Executive who is passionate about financial planning, enjoys working closely with clients, and aspires to grow into a Lead Advisor role over time.
This is a purely advisory role where you will handle inbound calls from clients seeking guidance on their financial queries. There are no cold calls or sales targets—your primary responsibility is to provide accurate, unbiased financial advice in a easy and easy-to-understand manner.
This position is ideal for individuals with 1–2 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory who are looking for a structured learning environment and a clear path for professional growth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle inbound calls from clients regarding mutual funds, insurance, investments, financial planning, and market-related queries.
● Analyze clients' financial needs and provide appropriate guidance to help them make informed decisions.
● Explain complex financial concepts,
products, and investment options in simple, easy-to-understand language.
● Stay updated on market trends, financial products, investment opportunities, and regulatory changes.
● Build trust with clients by providing genuine, product-neutral advice that prioritizes their financial well-being.
● Maintain accurate records of client interactions, queries, and the advice provided.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Any graduate (B. Com, BBA, MBA in Finance, or related fields preferred).
● Certifications: CFP/CA/RIA (preferred but not mandatory; can be completed after joining)
What you'll do:
● Participate in financial planning discussions and client meetings
● Assist in preparing financial plans, investment recommendations, and portfolio review reports
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and exceptional client service
● Develop the technical expertise and advis
