Role & responsibilities

Establish all HR policies, SOPs in all the functions of the Organisation and ensuring adherence to HR governance standards.

Drive the establishment of a forward-looking organizational structure, anticipating future business needs.

Responsible for assessing Employee Value Addition in control with Operation cost and Employee cost

Lead HR digitization initiatives, ensuring employee inclusion in organizational transformation efforts.

Ensuring timely implementation of performance metrics and targets

Lead the process of setting transparent goals for all the departments, conducting periodic performance reviews, appraisals, and providing constructive feedback to drive improvement and growth

Drive the strategic business plan by aligning team goals with organisation objectives and ensuring effective execution

Oversee and continuously refine the competency framework for all roles, ensuring alignment with evolving business processes, systems, and technologies.





Drive comprehensive gap analysis for newly onboarded talent and existing employees as and when to identify skill gaps aligned with role expectations

Implement training and development programs to build relevant capabilities and fostering leadership readiness

To Oversee, manage and suggest strategies for talent acquisition process and bulit a talent pipeline

To select the right candidate for the vacant position by analysing the candidate and ensuring if the candidate is of a high quality and a better fit for the job within the allocated budget

Drive a strategic career planning framework for all employees by developing tailored development plans aimed at succession management and grooming internal talent within the organization

Develop and execute strategies for building organizational bench strength to meet future workforce needs

Responsible for smooth onboarding, orientation and induction for New joiners as well as smooth offboarding process of the employees
