Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and confidently recommend menu items.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and service teams.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
- Follow ZOA's service standards and SOPs to create memorable dining experiences.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés,



or hospitality establishments.
- Captain:
Minimum
2 years
of experience in a supervisory or captain role.
- Guest Service Associate:
0–3 years
of experience. Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, customer-focused, and passionate about hospitality.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment.
