Role Description
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including researching target markets, generating leads, and managing the sales pipeline. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to prospective clients, presenting IMD Brand’s services, preparing proposals, and following up to close deals. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients,



coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers, and tracking business development metrics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division, requiring regular collaboration with the branding, creative, and marketing teams to align business growth with agency objectives.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Business growth, including identifying opportunities and managing the sales cycle.
- Experience in Lead Generation, prospecting, and building a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Solid Communication skills, with the ability to present services clearly and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Experience in Account Management, including maintaining client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Understanding of branding, advertising, and digital marketing services, preferably within an agency environment.
- Ability to work independently,
