Role Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Founder's Associate – Operations
to work directly with the founders on business operations, process management, strategic initiatives, and growth projects. This role offers exposure across multiple business functions, including operations, finance, technology, partnerships, customer experience, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with founders on strategic and operational initiatives

• Manage daily operational trackers, reports, and dashboards

• Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and process workflows

• Coordinate with property managers, vendors, and service partners

• Support business expansion and new property onboarding





• Monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics

• Manage website updates and business systems

• Utilize AI tools to improve productivity and automate workflows

• Assist with partnerships, vendor negotiations, and project execution

• Prepare presentations, reports, and business reviews for leadership

Required Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• Operations Management and Process Improvement

• AI Tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity)

• Website Management (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Engineering, Hospitality, or related fields

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
