Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic HR skilled who can effectively balance
50% HR Business Partnering and 50% Talent Acquisition
responsibilities. The role requires an individual who can partner with business leaders, drive employee engagement and performance, while simultaneously leading end-to-end recruitment for critical positions.
The ideal candidate should have worked in
fast-paced, high-pressure and rugged business environments
where hiring volumes, business expectations, and operational challenges demand agility, resilience, and robust execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Business Partner (50%)
- Act as the HR Business Partner for assigned business functions.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organization design and people strategies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve employee experience.
- Support performance management, goal setting, talent reviews and succession planning.
- Coach managers on employee relations, conflict resolution and HR best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws and HR processes.
- Analyse HR metrics and recommend actions to improve productivity and retention.
- Facilitate onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions and employee lifecycle management.
- Drive culture-building initiatives and organizational change management.
Talent Acquisition (50%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior-level positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and market mapping.
- Conduct candidate assessments, interviews and stakeholder coordination.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
