Main Responsibilities
- Translate portfolio demand into actionable team capacity plans, proactively identifying gaps and mitigation strategies. Partner with the market leads/capability leads/training directors to provide technical insights into the feasibility, effort estimation, and resource requirements of proposed learning initiatives.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Global Learning Services operating model, identifying opportunities to scale
