Process Engineers map, analyze, and optimize workflows, define repeatable processes, and support the testing, quality assurance, and adoption of recent AI tools. The role will support any AI initiative across company's business lines. This role works closely with Product Managers and subject matter experts, is eligible to be filled by an offshore resource, and supports the firm's overall technology strategy. Beyond supporting AI platforms, Process Engineers identify and lead process-improvement initiatives and serve as active participants in the change management required to embed those improvements across the firm.

Position Responsibilities
- Document and map current-state workflows across practice or business areas,



identifying inefficiencies and standardization opportunities
- Design and define optimized, repeatable processes to support AI-enabled platforms
- Support data preparation, structuring, and validation tasks that feed AI workflows
- Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides
- Partner with Product Managers and developers to ensure processes are accurately reflected in platform design
- Support training, adoption, and continuous-improvement initiatives across the firm
- Identify process-improvement opportunities and lead structured initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methods (DMAIC) to measurably reduce waste, cycle time, and defects
- Serve as an active participant in change management for process improvements supporting stakeholder communication, training, and adoption to ensure changes are sustained
