- Talent Documentation: Draft qualified HR communications, including offer letters, confirmation letters, and internal policy updates.
- Team Coordination: Serve as a bridge between the core management team and our global network of coaches, ensuring smooth internal communication.
Finance & Bookkeeping Operations (Accounts)
- Session & Payout Reconciliation: Cross-check student session logs against coach hours to ensure exact monthly payout accuracy.
- Global Receivables: Track international student fee collections across major currencies (USD, SGD, GBP, INR) utilizing Zoho CRM and Razorpay.
- Digital Bookkeeping: Maintain precise corporate financial records using Zoho Books and Excel.
