Our client is looking for an experienced
Workday Solution Architect
to lead enterprise-wide Workday transformation initiatives and define scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions across multiple Workday modules. This is a strategic role requiring robust expertise in architecture, integrations, governance, and stakeholder management, with the ability to drive large-scale digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end Workday solution architecture across HCM, Integrations, Payroll, Talent, and Analytics.
- Lead large-scale Workday implementation and digital transformation programs.
- Design integration architecture using APIs, Workday Studio, PECI, and Core Connectors.
- Drive architecture governance, best practices, and solution design reviews.




- Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver strategic Workday solutions.
- Ensure security, compliance, scalability, and performance across the Workday ecosystem.
- Mentor technical teams and promote innovation through AI, automation, and analytics.

Required Skills
- 10–15 years of experience in Workday or Enterprise HCM/ERP solutions.
- Strong expertise across multiple Workday modules.
- Experience in enterprise architecture and large-scale Workday implementations.
- Hands-on knowledge of Workday integrations, APIs, middleware, and data architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Workday certifications are a plus.
