We are looking for a creative, execution-focused
Marketing & Growth Intern
to work directly with the founding team and help expand our user base, digital presence, and student community.

Compensation

Fixed Stipend:
₹5,000 for the one-month internship

Performance-Linked Variable Pay:
₹15,000–₹20,000

The variable pay will be based on the achievement of clearly defined and mutually agreed targets related to content execution, qualified lead generation, user acquisition, campaign performance, and community growth.

Total earning potential:
₹20,000–₹25,000 for the internship.





Role Overview

As a Marketing & Growth Intern, you will work closely with the founders to plan and execute marketing initiatives across social media, student communities, partnerships, and other digital channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, experimenting with growth strategies, interacting with student audiences, and taking ownership of measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop posts, reels, carousels, short-form videos, and campaign creatives.
- Plan and execute marketing and user-acquisition campaigns.
- Build and manage a structured social media content calendar.
- Engage with student communities, college clubs, societies, and relevant audiences.
- Support college collaborations, referral campaigns, partnerships, and community initiatives.
