Role & responsibilities
- Conduct product and sales training programs for frontline sales teams, channel partners, and branch staff.
- Deliver induction training for new hires and ongoing refresher sessions.
- Ensure comprehensive understanding of life insurance products, features, benefits, underwriting, and sales processes.
- Develop and update training content, presentations, assessments, and learning materials.
- Support product launches through structured training interventions.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, certifications, and field observations.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to identify training needs and address knowledge gaps.
- Track and report training metrics, attendance, feedback, and certification status.
- Conduct virtual and classroom training programs across assigned locations.




- Travel within the assigned region as required for training delivery.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3 - 8 years of experience in Training, Sales Training, Product Training, or Learning & Development within Life Insurance, BFSI, or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and sales processes.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and virtual training platforms.
- Ability to engage large audiences and simplify complex product concepts.
- Robust stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
