bim Engineer The Architecture BIM Engineer will work full time on-site at the Gurugram office, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and manage high-quality BIM models for architectural and related disciplines. Daily responsibilities include creating and refining BIM-based construction drawings, coordinating model information across architecture,
civil, and MEP teams, and ensuring models adhere to project standards and client requirements. The role involves reviewing design inputs, resolving clashes, maintaining model accuracy, and supporting documentation for various project phases. The Architecture BIM Engineer will also assist in implementing best practices, contributing to process improvements, and supporting digital workflows that enhance project efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including model creation, coordination, and management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings, with the ability to translate design concepts into precise BIM documentation.
