Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based in Dehradun. The Sales Staff member will welcome customers, understand their requirements, and provide product recommendations for silver jewellery and corporate gifting solutions. The role involves explaining product features, HUID certification, pricing, and customization options,



while ensuring a smooth and professional sales experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining product displays, handling billing and documentation, managing inquiries related to bulk and corporate orders, and supporting order processing and follow-up. The Sales Staff will collaborate with the team to meet sales targets, uphold store presentation standards, and deliver attentive, personalized service to all customers.
