We are expanding our team and hiring for the following positions:

1. OPT Recruiter (1–2 Years)

Responsibilities:
- Recruit candidates on OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, GC, and USC.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

2. US IT Bench Sales Recruiter (1–2 Years)

Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants to direct clients, implementation partners, and vendors.
- Work with H1B, GC, GC EAD, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, TN, and USC consultants.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate interview schedules.




- Maintain solid vendor relationships and achieve successful placements.

3. HR Recruiter (1–2 Years)

Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring.
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates for various positions.
- Coordinate interviews and support onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in the respective role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Important:
- Work From Office (Onsite) is mandatory.
- Face-to-Face Interview is mandatory.
