Job Purpose
Reporting to the China Warranty Manager and coordinating his/her activities with the Claim Assessment Coordinator, the Warranty Assessor is in charge of analysing and processing the claims submitted by the agriculture machinery dealer network across the China SEAJ sub-region of APAC, ensuring their correctness and integrity as per the published Warranty terms and conditions.Ensure accurate and timely processing according to the quantitative and qualitative targets imposed on the department.Be in charge of the first level communication activity between Warranty department and Dealer network, through the Company communication Tool (WIT), clarifying doubts that Dealers might raise on warranty claims and on other warranty-related matters.Deliver face to
