Role Description
The Social Media Marketing Intern will support TickoraDesk’s online presence by creating and publishing content across social media channels, monitoring engagement, and assisting with community management. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, designing basic visuals, scheduling campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and researching industry trends and competitor activities.



The intern will collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure messaging is consistent with brand positioning and product updates. This is a full-time remote role, requiring reliable availability during core working hours and proactive communication in a distributed team environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support channel growth and campaign execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and online communities.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook) is beneficial.
- Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks, and work independently in a remote environment.
