Sales & Business Development
- Achieve regional sales targets and growth objectives.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand product penetration.
2. Team Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise Medical Representatives.
- Set individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.
- Motivate and guide the team to maximize productivity.
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals,
and distributors.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
- Organize and participate in CME programs, product launches, and promotional activities.
4. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to pharma marketing codes and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams.
5. Budget & Territory Management
- Manage regional promotional budgets effectively.
- Optimize territory coverage and distribution networks.

Qualifications & Skills:Education:
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
