Digital Inkjet Ink Sales RepresentativeJob Responsibilities

1. Conduct cold visits and proactive outreach to potential customers for digital inkjet ink products, actively identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives, setting clear targets and ensuring measurable growth across assigned territories or market segments.
3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, gaining a deep understanding of their application needs and providing tailored ink solutions to drive repeat business.
4. Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and technical exchange events to promote brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and expand the sales pipeline.
5. Collaborate closely with technical and production teams to deliver customized product solutions, ensuring smooth project execution from initial inquiry to order fulfillment.
6. Monitor market trends and conduct regular competitor analysis,



providing management with sales reports and strategic recommendations to continuously refine the sales approach.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2. Must have hands-on experience in the digital inkjet industry — such as a printer seller, distributor, or dealer familiar with inkjet printing equipment and applications.
3. Experience as an ink distributor or with an ink manufacturer in the inkjet sector is strongly preferred.
4. Demonstrated ability in cold calling, field visits, and new customer acquisition, with solid prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Capable of developing and executing structured sales plans independently, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing and payment collection.
