*Role Summary :*

*An internal operations role managing the full PO-to-GRN cycle for the Hardlines category (Toys, Baby, Home, Furnishing, Hardlines). Works with brand managers to resolve master data gaps in the P2P planning system, raises accurate shortfall quantities, and coordinates with supply chain to ensure on-ground execution. Not externally facing frees up 15-20 hours/week of collective bandwidth by centralising routine ops ownership in one dedicated person.*

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end PO lifecycle from requisition to GRN, including system entry, vendor coordination, and status tracking across all open orders
- Identify and resolve master data gaps (vendor master, item master, pricing) that block PO creation, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution and escalation where needed
- Maintain and update shortfall trackers across a large SKU base, flagging open POs, delays,



and quantity discrepancies proactively
- Ensure data accuracy across PO quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines owning quality checks before and after PO issuance
- Manage 30–50 concurrent open POs with rigour, maintaining a personal system for follow-ups, deadlines, and risk flags so nothing falls through the cracks
- Audit and clean master data in ERP/planning systems; identify broken or outdated records and drive corrective action to closure
- Coordinate with brand managers, supply chain leads, and finance stakeholders to prioritise data updates and unblock operational workflows — without direct authority over these teams
- Inherit and improve broken or ad hoc processes, document current SOPs, and ensure fixes are embedded into routine operations rather than one-time patches
