We're looking for an experienced
Senior Google Ads Specialist
who wants to be part of an ambitious, growing team and work on high-impact campaigns across multiple industries.

What You'll Do:
- Plan, execute, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns across
Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, and Demand Gen
.
- Develop performance-driven growth strategies for clients across
Finance, Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and B2B
.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, keyword optimization, and ad creatives to maximize ROI.
- Own campaign measurement through
GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Merchant Center, Looker Studio, and advanced conversion tracking
.
- Conduct keyword research,



account audits, A/B testing, reporting, and continuous campaign optimization.
- Leverage AI tools to improve campaign performance, reporting, and research.
- Work closely with clients, understand business objectives, and translate them into high-performing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, AI advancements, and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For
- 7–8 years
of hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Proven expertise across the complete Google Ads ecosystem.
- Experience managing high-budget, performance-driven campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and ROAS.
- Experience generating quality leads for
Finance, Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and B2B
clients is highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of
GA4, GTM, Google Merchant Center, Looker Studio, Google Ads Editor, attribution, and conversion tracking
