Role Description
SPC Universal Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all core Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, performance management, HR policy implementation, and statutory compliance. This role requires a proactive leader who can foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

•⁠ ⁠Oversee payroll processing and HR administration.

•⁠ ⁠Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.





•⁠ ⁠Manage employee performance appraisal processes.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate employee training and development programs.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.

•⁠ ⁠Handle employee engagement, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with department heads to build a high-performing workforce.

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠MBA in Human Resources or related field.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 4 years of HR experience.

•⁠ ⁠Solid knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations, PF,ESI and labor law compliance.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in performance management and HR policy implementation.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

•⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
